About Us

Joi Tydings is no stranger to tragedy.  As a young child, the untimely passing of her brother turned her world upside down.  Seeking comfort in calories, she began a battle with food addiction that raged on for more than 4 decades.  It was only after trying, and failing, at every fad diet imaginable that she realized losing weight would only happen when she changed her attitude and relationships with food.  In doing so, Joi lost almost 100 pounds, an achievement she maintains to this day.

Later in life, Joi was forced to endure the heartbreak of watching her son, Andrew, robbed of his youth as he battled with one of the most severe cases of eczema ever documented.  It took years of doctor’s visits and hospital stays to finally get his condition under control.  Determined to help her son enjoy a pain-free life, she returned to school and earned her estheticians degree.  Now when the need arises, Joi is professionally suited to effectively address any of Andrew’s issues.

Joi believes in the power that comes with turning tragedy into triumph, and feels that with a little guidance, everybody is capable of living the type of life they’ve always envisioned.  Whether it’s casting off the shackles of food addiction and finally achieving lasting weight loss, or designing a regimen that’ll put an end to embarrassing skin care conditions and allow you to put your best face forward, Joi and her staff have devoted themselves to helping others reach their goals.  Since opening her first medical spa in 2007, Joi has directly worked with thousands of clients, and has witnessed their extraordinary results first hand.  By staying abreast of new technologies and indulging her passion for knowledge by regularly attending conferences throughout the year, she’s able to implement the latest advances in weight-loss and anti-aging into the care of her patients.
